You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information.

By registering, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or have parental consent, and that your use complies with applicable Canadian and international laws. You must promptly update any changes to your contact details so that we can reach you regarding course content, billing, or policy updates.

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable any offered multi‑factor authentication.
  • Do not share your account or credentials; you are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud after reasonable notice where practical.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can protect your learning materials and personal data.

Payments are in CAD. Refunds follow our course-specific refund policy disclosed at checkout.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and, where required, include applicable taxes. When you purchase a course or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred.

  • Refunds: Each course page and checkout flow explains eligibility windows and conditions.
  • Subscriptions: If offered, renewal terms are disclosed prior to purchase, and you may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date.
  • Chargebacks: Please contact our support first; unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

For invoicing or tax receipt requests, contact our billing team. Official correspondence address: MoneyNode Journalism Academy, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Phone: +1 604-581-4273.

3. Acceptable conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment or discrimination is prohibited.

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates rights of others. Cheating, plagiarism, scraping course materials, or bypassing access controls is not allowed.

  • Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and fellow learners.
  • Follow our community guidelines during discussions, feedback sessions, and live events.
  • Report safety concerns or code-of-conduct violations to our team for prompt review.

We may moderate, remove, or limit content or features to protect the integrity of the learning environment.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to your use of the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
